This format helps you:

Lead
- Your opening line (REPORTER VO)
- Introduces the story
- Hooks the viewer
- Notes:
- Keep it 1–2 sentences
- Write like you talk
Quote
- First interview clip (SOT)
- Adds emotion, opinion, or key detail
- Notes:
- Strong + interesting
- 7–12 seconds
Transition
- Reporter narration again (VO)
- Moves the story forward
- Adds NEW info
- Notes:
- Do NOT repeat the quote
- Keep it clear and short
Quote
- Second interview clip (SOT)
- Adds a new voice or new info
- Builds on the story
- Can be a different person
